Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

These Terms apply to all users in Bangladesh. rs4’s services are only available to individuals aged 18 or older. Registration or use by minors is strictly prohibited and such accounts will be closed immediately.
Rs4 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Account Creation and Security
Users must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on rs4. Opening accounts with false or incorrect details is prohibited, and rs4 reserves the right to close such accounts at any time.
- Each user may create only one account.
- Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility.
- Transferring or selling your account to others is prohibited.
- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify rs4 immediately.
- A valid mobile number and email address are required for registration.
Rs4 may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Certain account services may be temporarily limited if verification is incomplete.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
When using the rs4 platform, users must comply with the following rules:
- Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots, or system manipulation is strictly forbidden.
- Unauthorized access attempts to another user’s account are prohibited.
- Copying, distributing, or modifying the platform’s software, code, or content without permission is prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or illegal purposes.
- If two family members operate separate accounts from the same device, rs4 must be notified.
Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and associated financial transactions may be canceled.
Payments, Transactions & Account Policies
All transactions on rs4 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Local payment methods are supported for deposits and withdrawals.
- Minimum deposit amounts may apply and will be displayed on the platform.
- Withdrawal requests are processed after verification, usually within 1–3 business days.
- Bonus funds must meet specified wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- Withdrawal processing may be delayed if account verification is incomplete.
- Rs4 reserves the right to suspend or investigate any transaction suspected of fraud.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
If violations of Terms, fraudulent activities, or security risks are detected, rs4 may suspend or permanently close accounts without prior notice. Remaining balances in accounts closed for valid reasons may be reviewed and refunded.
Intellectual Property, Liability & Third Party
Intellectual Property
All content on the rs4 platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and games — is protected by rs4’s intellectual property rights. Usage, reproduction, or distribution without permission is legally prohibited.
Liability
Rs4 strives to provide uninterrupted service; however, temporary disruptions may occur due to technical faults, maintenance, or third-party issues. In such cases, rs4 is not liable for any direct or indirect damages.
Third-Party Connections
Some third-party services (payment gateways, game providers) are used on the rs4 platform. Their own terms apply and rs4 is not directly responsible for their operations.
Applicable Laws, Changes to Terms & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
